Important Notice about “MyGovHK”

    To provide citizens with more convenient one-stop digital government services, starting from 1 March 2026, “iAM Smart” will replace “MyGovHK” as the single portal for online government services. In view of this, from 24 February 2026 onwards, SmartPLAY users will no longer be able to log in to the SmartPLAY system directly using the Easy Sign-on function of “MyGovHK”. Users can continue to book facilities or enrol in programmes via “iAM Smart”, My SmartPLAY mobile app, the SmartPLAY website, Smart Self-service Stations, or service counters at major leisure venues.
