Smart Self-Service Stations
Upon receiving the user registration application submitted by the applicant through My SmartPLAY mobile app or the SmartPLAY website, the LCSD will complete the approval process within ten working days. Once the application is approved, applicants are required to bring their HKID cards to a Smart Self-service Station for identity authentication to activate their SmartPLAY accounts.
