User Registration and Authentication for SmartPLAY

User registration for the SmartPLAY system begins on 3 July 2023.  All members of the public, including existing Leisure Link patrons, must register and complete an authentication process beforehand in order to use the new system.

Remarks:

1. Applicants can complete their registration and authentication in one go through iAM Smart or Smart Self-service Stations at district leisure services offices/leisure venues, and have their accounts instantly activated.
2. Eligible Hong Kong residents aged 11 or above must register with their Hong Kong Identity Card or iAM Smart. 
3. Non-Hong Kong residents must register as SmartPLAY temporary users before they can book facilities (except on-the-spot booking).  The function of temporary user registration will be launched together with the function of facility booking.
