Important Notice about Credit Card Payment

The online payment service of the SmartPLAY system (SmartPLAY) is currently provided by a third‑party payment platform. Due to security requirements, the third‑party platform plans to implement a system upgrade during the week on 13 October 2025.  After the upgrade, the payment platform will no longer support older browser and operating system versions. Consequently, if users choose to pay online with a credit card on SmartPLAY using an unsupported browser or operating system, the credit card payment page may fail to load properly. The platform will display a prompt encouraging users to update their browser or operating system.

After the platform upgrade, the supported browser and operating system versions include Chrome : versions 94 and above; Edge : versions 94 and above; Firefox : versions 93 and above; Safari : version 17 and above; iOS: iOS 17 and above; Android : follows the same browser versions as listed above.

If, after updating the browser and operating system to the latest versions, users are still unable to load the credit card payment page, they may consider using alternative payment methods such as “FPS (Faster Payment System)”, “Google Pay”, or “Apple Pay” to complete the transaction.
